You, as well as the majority of others, may assume that aiming is a talent that you either have or do not have BUT this is NOT true! Aim is far more of a science than it is innate talent. It has been proven that aim can be taught and learned regardless of age, talents, rank or starting point!

The man knows his stuff. I was a bit skeptical at first because Pen's reviews where too good to be true, but he did not disappoint. He lived up to the standard set by these reviews, he spends HOURS coaching, watching pro players, mastering all the fundamentals of the game, and to be honest, not buying a session from this guy is just selling your elo, especially for how cheap it is compared to other coaches. The guy is so friendly, he will make sure you leave your session understanding everything he talked about, and you will 101% see your performance sky rocket, I will tell you that much. His whole community is so nice to speak to as well, and all of us have had an amazing experience getting coached by Pen.
If you are thinking of buying it, just go for it !!!! Buy a session instead of saving the money for that one Vandal skin your waiting for!
Here's what my career has been looking like since being coached by Pen:
Pendragon's coaching is at the very least completely different from whatever free resources are out there in terms of Youtube videos and common Valorant advice. I'm a low elo player with good aim training scores and none of those types of content were really useful to me, whereas Pendragon's explanations made much more sense to me and taught me that I had a lot more to understand about aim.
Some aspects that stood out to me:
- Teaches and corrects the absolute fundamentals of Valorant. Pendragon isn't just trying to help you go up a few hundred RR with quick tips or tricks, he's trying to make sure you really understand how Valorant is played as a game and help you improve to the highest levels.
- Understands the flaws in your aim really well and provides tailored aim routines to solve these problems. Pendragon will really home in on specific weaknesses like directional weaknesses, micros, tracking, and so on and help increase your confidence in your aim.
- Teaches you how to improve. This is to me the mark of a top-tier coach. Pendragon identified why I wasn't improving and corrected those mistakes in a way where I could improve on my own and not only rely on his coaching.
- Keeps it simple and easy to learn. I'm a low elo player and Pendragon knew exactly what I should focus on and what I wasn't ready for yet.
In particular, I think Pendragon coaches aim and mechanics with a very unique focus and I think that's important since Valorant is an FPS, after all.
Just after one session with Pendragon’s coaching I quite literally instantly improved my gameplay. I was having THE HARDEST time figuring out why I could not hit my shots and why I was losing almost 70% of my 1v1s. Pendragon was able to analyze my gameplay off of one ranked game and was able to give me notes and practice routines to follow which changed my gaming experience forever. The most incredible part of this experience is how he was able to pinpoint what I was doing wrong when I have had other coaches and players give me advice that actually contributed to the problem I was having. I will continue to work with Pendragon for as long as he will be around. He is professional, a pleasure to work with, and an extremely knowledgeable individual. This man knows his stuff. Looking forward to our future sessions! Thank you, brother.
Before writing this I just want to say that I've been through about 3 different coaches in my time on VALORANT trying them out, learning what they can offer. Pendragon so far has been -the- most influential who actually backs up what he teaches with good results on your part and evidence on his own side.
Quick background context, I'm a former Immortal of age 31 (for anyone saying VALORANT is a young person's game? You're VERY wrong). It was relatively simple to understand the Calm Aim approach, I've been playing shooters for 24-25 years of my life now, starting with Quake and Unreal when I was little.
Fair to say the Fundamentals are all there and I just felt like changing it up a bit. I've had to dip out of VALORANT for the last few years due to life and personal complexities as we all have them. But now I've returned and I was looking for a solid coach to hammer me back into shape. Needless to say, Pendragon hit the mark!
He is honest, upfront, polite, and really listens to how you prefer to be coached. For example I am a "DO IT LIVE!" student who prefers to make the mistakes in realtime and have them corrected. VOD's are useful but its not my primary way to be taught. Pendragon had no problems adapting to this.
He also took the time to go outside of the topic of Calm Aim and show me a few tips on game sense, lurking, and Sentinels because we both have Sentinels in common. I'm a Killjoy main with Cypher on the side.
And lastly, the most appreciative of gestures. I paid for a 1 hour session and he was kind enough to extend it to 2.5 hours, ensuring I was on a good understanding point before we closed our session.
To repay that generousity, I am booking +3 more sessions and likely many more after as my goal for the next season is to hit Radiant.
20/10, highly recommend Pendragon!
Paid Pen for coaching after being hardstuck p4 for 6 months and saw huge improvement in a week. We vod reviewed a few times (often for free) and mostly did live coaching and he created me custom routines and kovaaks playlists.
